O100° Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply between O100° and any person who completes a purchase on the O100° Website and can be viewed at o-100.com .

 

Any purchases on the O100° website, in its English or Arabic versions, automatically entail acceptance of these terms, which the customer acknowledges before placing the purchase order.

O100° reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. The terms and conditions applicable to the customer are those in effect at the time of use or placing an order on the website.

O100° sells original cosmetic products purchased from authorized distributors or the brand names themselves.

Article 1 - Buyer's Status

The customer who places a purchase order on the O100° website acknowledges that he has the legal capacity to accept these terms and conditions.

Article 2 - Prices

Prices displayed on the O100° website are expressed in Saudi Riyals. Prices include the value-added tax applicable on the day the order is placed but do not include the delivery cost paid by the customer.

O100° reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, these changes will not affect a confirmed purchase order.

Article 3 - Availability of Products

Issuing a purchase order includes acceptance of the prices and specifications displayed on the Site, and O100° is committed to accepting and fulfilling product orders while stock lasts.

If one or more products are unavailable after the purchase order is placed, O100° will notify the customer via email or phone call that the customer can either replace one or more of the unavailable products or cancel the order. If the customer cancels their order, the amount will be refunded via the payment method used to place the order.

Article 4 - Product Warranty

O100° sells original cosmetic products purchased from authorized distributors or the brand names themselves.

By purchasing O100° products, we guarantee the authenticity and quality of these products.

Article 5 - Purchase Order

1-5 Issuing a purchase order:

Purchase order issuance process on O100 website:

- Step 1: Place the items in the shopping cart that are available at any time.

Step 2: Review and confirm the items placed in the shopping cart.

- Step 3: Enter the shipping address information as well as the customer account information if the customer has an account on the O100° website.

- Step 4: Choose the shipping method.

- Step 5: Choose the payment method and/or discount code to be used.

Step 6: Confirm the purchase order by clicking the “Issue Purchase Order” button and completing the payment process.

All purchase orders issued after this transaction constitute full acceptance of the current terms and conditions.

2-5 Purchase Order Confirmation:

After placing the purchase order, the customer receives an email confirming the purchase order, including all the details:

Product information, reference numbers or SKU numbers, and the total value of the purchase order.

Purchase orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

O100 reserves the right to cancel or reject any purchase order from a customer if there is suspicion of fraud.

3-5 Change or cancel purchase order:

Purchase orders cannot be changed once they are placed.

If the order has not been processed or shipped, the customer may cancel the order or change the delivery address. To do so, the customer must access customer support on the O100 website during business hours by sending an email to [email protected] or a WhatsApp message to +966 920 016 288. Without these conditions in place, the order cannot be canceled.

Article 6 - Payment

1-6 Payment methods

The customer pays the value of his order through:

- Credit card (Mada, Visa, or MasterCard) through the secure payment platform: PAYFORT.

- Tabby and is automatically subject to Tabby's Terms and Conditions of Use.

- Payment on delivery with Credit Card (available in the Central Region only).

2-6 Secure Payment:

O100 assigns the PAYFORT secure payment platform to all credit card transactions. Banking data is only displayed in encrypted format, meaning O100 cannot understand or possess it.

Article 7 - Promotional Codes

Promo codes cannot be combined with other promo codes. Promo codes can only be used once per customer and cannot be shared.

Promo codes are not valid during discounts periods.

Article 8 - Delivery

1-8 Delivery within Riyadh

Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be delivered the same day.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the next day.

Delivery does not include Fridays and public holidays, as orders are shipped on the next business day.



2-8 Delivery outside Riyadh

Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be delivered within 3 business days.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered within 4 business days.

Delivery does not include Fridays and public holidays, as orders are shipped on the next business day.


3-8 Delivery location:

Orders placed by customers will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. O100° cannot be held responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to errors in delivery information. The company offers delivery services throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

4-8 Delivery time:

O100 ensures that the customer is notified when their order will be shipped.

In addition, to track a purchase order, the customer can log in to their account, go to "My Account", and then click on the "Orders" section.

Customers should be aware that there is no delivery tracking service for the 24 hours following the purchase order, as the distribution platform initially processes the order. After this time, the customer can track their package delivery directly on the carrier's website selected at the time of ordering.

Article 9 - Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

1-9 Returns:

Customers can return incorrect, defective or damaged items up to 15 days from the order delivery date.

For a return/exchange to be approved, all items (including promotional gift items accompanying the purchase order) must be returned within 15 days of receiving the order and must meet the following terms and conditions:

  • Items must be unaltered, unused, and in saleable condition (or as received).
  • Items must be in their original packaging/carton/case with all brand and product tags/tags/instructions still attached. Gift cards, if provided, must also be returned.
  • Returns must be accompanied by confirmation of the original purchase order.
  • Damaged returns will not be accepted.

Our team will review and verify the validity of each refund or exchange request. If the return or exchange does not comply with these terms and conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Please note that perfumes, candles, cosmetics, hair care products, and body care products cannot be returned.

2-9 Non-returnable items:

Beauty products, perfumes, candles, cosmetics, hair care products, and body care products are non-returnable.

3-9 Return Process

If a customer receives an incorrect item or a defective/damaged product, they have the right to return the items within 15 days. To do so, customers should contact O100 Customer Support at [email protected].

For purchase orders from outside Riyadh, a shipping label will be sent to the customer's email address.

For purchase orders within Riyadh, O100° drivers will arrange for item pickup.

Incorrect, defective/damaged products can be returned or exchanged at O100 stores.

4-9 Policies for returning damaged goods and orders that were not fulfilled correctly:

If the customer receives a defective/damaged item or the wrong item, it must be returned in the same condition within 15 days of receipt in order to complete the full refund process.

Where applicable, returns will include the original order delivery charge, fees, taxes, and any applicable charges. Alternatives may be available subject to stock.

5-9 Refund of purchase amounts:

Refunds are only processed after the return process has been completed and the returned item(s) have been approved. Upon approval, O100 will issue the full value of the undamaged items duly returned (excluding original delivery charges and fees, where applicable).

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, depending on the payment method used. Customers should be aware that this may take longer if the return requires additional inspection.

Regarding initial delivery costs:

If all products are returned, O100 will also refund the delivery costs associated with shipping the order.

If only part of an order is returned, the initial fixed shipping costs will not be refunded.

The refund will be processed in the following ways:

  • Return credit card payments to the card used for the purchase.
  • Return cash on delivery payments as a credit balance to stores (on the website).
  • Return loyalty points as credit to stores.

If you choose to pay with multiple payment methods, the merchant credit balance will be given priority and fully refunded before the remaining payment is returned through the other payment method used. The refund will be processed in the following order: (1) the merchant credit balance will be returned to your account in full, (2) the remaining amount will be returned through the other payment method.

Article 10 - Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased online or in O100° stores can be used for one year on all products available on the website.

1-10 Conditions for using O100 gift cards

Gift cards are cumulative with other promotional codes, such as gifts with purchases or special discount codes, but they cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards. These gift cards are non-exchangeable or non-returnable, even if lost or expired.

2-10 Payment by gift cards:

Gift cards are for one-time use and cannot be used multiple times.

If the value of the gift card is higher than the value of the shopping cart, the difference will be lost.

To use your O100 gift card online:

  • Make sure you are logged in to your account or created an account.
  • Add products to your cart and secure checkout.
  • Enter your gift card code on the checkout page and complete your order.

Article 13 - Intellectual Property

All items displayed on the O100 website are the exclusive property of O100 and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction of the O100 website or trade name is strictly prohibited.

Article 14 - Privacy Policy

By creating an account or placing a purchase order, the customer understands that some of their data will be used by O100 to join the loyalty program and enjoy its benefits. All personal data collected will be used in accordance with O100's privacy policy.
